When can I sign up?
Very soon. Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll let you know the same day we open.
What does the Presencia plan include?
Your professional website, with your name, your services, your photo gallery and your contact details, with an English version of the main texts, the list of services and the opening hours. You ask for content changes (texts, photos, opening hours, prices or contact details) on WhatsApp, with no limit and with fair use. No entry fee and no minimum term.
Who is KreoWeb for?
For self-employed people and companies: when you sign up we ask for your tax ID (NIF or CIF). For now we don’t make websites for private individuals.
Can I change things on my website later?
Yes, as many times as you like. You change your website’s opening hours, phone number, address and email yourself on WhatsApp: we ask you to confirm and it goes live straight away. Everything else (texts, menu, main photos…) is checked by a person before it goes live. The photos you send go straight to your gallery. If you want a new section or a design change, we’ll prepare a separate quote for you.
Who answers me?
An artificial intelligence assistant, supervised by our team, answers you on WhatsApp. If you’d rather talk to a person, write to us at soporte@kreoweb.io.
What kinds of businesses do you make websites for?
For local businesses: restaurants, hair salons, beauty salons, workshops and many others. If you don’t see yours, message us and we’ll talk it through.
What if I’m not happy with it?
If you’re not happy within your first 30 calendar days on the Presencia plan, we refund everything you paid, no justification needed. You ask for it on WhatsApp or by writing to soporte@kreoweb.io within those 30 calendar days. We issue it within 5 business days at most; your bank may take a few more days to show it. Asking for a refund also means cancelling the plan.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. There’s no minimum term: you can cancel whenever you want, on WhatsApp or by writing to soporte@kreoweb.io. Your website stays online until the end of the period you’ve already paid for; after that it’s deactivated and, for 30 days, you can ask us for a free copy of your website and its content, or come back. After those 30 days, it’s deleted.
